another my friend is going for traineeship and explore new countries....at the party was so many our friends who came to support Premek in his decision to leave for a few months and try to survive outside Europe :-))) exactly Costa Rica !!!

amazing - i was there for the 1st time, only as visitor for sure but it was incredible to see so many ppl, AIESECers from 90 countries and meet so many friends - i think that photos are better than article for 1 page....

3 days in Karvina

its so nice to come to place which mean smthg for you ...i spent in Karvina 3 years and university and 2 years in LC Karvina - this changed my life a lot. I decided to spent few days from my vacation there to see my friends from LC Karvina and help them a little bit with recruitment, and Local Training Camp organization. Its quite hard season for them but they will be succesfull in everything !!! It will be quite hard job but its standard situation especially in LC Karvina.

When i came to Karvina after 130 minutes delayed of my train i met Dano - now he is already in Holland :-) he will spend there 1 semestr as exchange student - so my next station seems to be Holland !!! Good luck and enjoy live abroad.

Last day in Karvina - finally we went to chinese restaurant - me, Majo and Zuzka. We were practising eating by chopsticks:-))) and both of them were really good!!!Congratulation !!! We aet whole dinner only with chopsticks !!! and after good meal - you need tasty beer - so we did OCP meeting at balcony supported by Heineken beer (explanation of OCP - organizing committee president).

my travel to Karvina started on time - but for those who knows Czech railways...in Bohumin (its about 30 minutes from Karvina) - our train was 30 minutes delayed - when they announced that it will be 60 minutes - we change train b/c there was possibility that the another one will go faster !!! but...anyway our train was dealyed 130 minutes when i came to Karvina....strange beginning but my holidays were awesome.

Word boredom isnt in my vocabulary !!!

My schedule for next 14 days - im really busy :-)

i planned that this week wil be relax b/c i want to prepare for fridays wedding of my friend but my another friend came back to Pague after long time so went to have some coctails to our favourite bar in Prague - there we received VIP invitations...

16th august - 6th anniversary party of Bombay Coctail Bar in Prague

17th august - work in the morning and finally goign home after few months

18th august- Anicka is going to get married - ceremony and party

weekend - free for now - i want to spend some time with my family but i should visit new restaurant of my friends...

21st August - day off...sleeping

22th - 24th August - KARVINA visit - 3 trainings, helping with recruitment, partying...Train the Trainer preparation and company approaching...

25th August - travel to Warszaw - with Premek and Zuzka- visit of Global village at IC 2006 - meeting friends from hole world and especially from China !!! cant wait

starting with International Study Programs (www.studyprograms.com) on 25th September !!!

this company is quite special...its AIESEC exchange partner and originaly belongs to LC karvina (its my home LC, i joined AIESEC there) and because the company is in Prague - LC Prague (my current) LC is responsible for relaization of this traineehips...Alice from Brasil works there already and at the end of Septemebr Grace from LC SJTU in Shanghai should come and we will be colleagues !!! Its quite crazy - but its AIESEC ...

Weekend with my ex roommate Kristyna in Pardubice

after long long time finally we found free weekend for visit in Pardubice. That was pity that it was raining more less whole weekend but i had chance to see something...historical part of pardubice and castle Kuneticka Hora - which is close to it - ok, we had to go 8 km there but it was only showering so we had nice walk with krisrtynas friend Katka.

At kuneticka hora were some markets so i finally bought presnet of my mum - i was searching for the place where i can buy it for a long time.

Under Kuneticka Hora is really nice place not only for children - its called "Pernikova chaloupka" - Gingerbread cottage - around this cool place where you can meet e.g. witch and much more persons and places form czech fairytales as. ohniste 12 mesicku, Ferdovo mraveniste....I have to go there next time to visit Gingerbread cottage inside :-)))

After quite busy and stressfull week nice weekend with nice ppl and cool meals :-)

in memory - Ondra Kral

firstly i met Ondra when he was OCP of Career Days 2003, when i was in site OC ...and than during my AIESEC career we met for many times....Next time i worked with Ondra (MC VP ER) when i was OCP of SNC 2004 and i know how much he loved AIESEC and ER work....

what i will never forget is when we wanted to do confrence T-shirt and our idea was about Aiesec logo - working hard - partying harder - it should be back side of T-shirt and in the front should be origanl AIESEC logo - needeled with symbol of the conference - colour of T.shirt was dark green and the needles should be silver :-)))) for ER ppl who knows AIESEC standard - you can imagine what was the next step...(only for explanation, new branding was valid from IC 2004 we didnt have idea what it will be about)...

1st email from Petr Skvaril - "ok Lucy, did you see it???"

2nd phone from Ondra - "Lucy - can i speak with Beczy? you are only joking? dark green with silver needlework and this strange logo...." and with his diplomatic speach he tried to explain us that its not possible according to new branding, that we can use only the standard logo and branding colours.....

Ondro - it doesnt matter where you are right now....but if you can see us from heaven you know that lot of ppl will miss you as friend and really cool AIESEC member.

Time to say good bye...

this week is quite sad for me...

My boss is leaving our company - it will be hard to be without him but i wish him good luck for future, i will miss him too much, he thought me so many things which i will use in my future career for sure so thank you very much Frantisek for everything
