ISTAMBUL Trip

Day 1st - thursday

again - airport & plane and my fear from heights
randomly i met our MCP Evca at the airport who was going to MCP meeting in Istambul !
Ataturk Airport
- will someone wait for us? Evca saw there MCP from Groatia - i think...& member from LC Istambul who pick up us and showed the right bus to Taxim - there we met Jarda - CEED from Czech republic and finally we got to dorms - by taxi - the taxi driver was quite angry b/c we thought that he will want only 4 turkish lira and finally he wanted 5 turkish lira but we tryied to bargain - it wasnt really pleasant....but we were at dorms and it was the main point of the day - to accomodate somewhere...

Me personally i like places as dorms - where are dividied buildings for girls and boys :-))) everytime its cool and really funny to speak with managers of dorms - or some responsible persons for accomodation and try to explain them that its ok...but in Turkey there is some law that girls and boys hasa to be separately ...so we accomodate, had some Krusovice beer and than me and Jarda decided that we will teach our friend from Taiwan how to drink Slivovice - we were in Jardas room and had opne doors but what happend...we met the manager who tryied to explain us that its unpolite that girls is in boys room and its in front of men bathroom - sure he spoke turkish and our friend Elmo from Taiwan tried to communicate with him - he speaks little bit turkish - and me b/c i spent 3 months in china - and i didint understand chinese - sometimes i know what are ppl talking about....after this another cool news - 1 key is the same for whole floor !!! so when you frget your key you can asked your neighbour to borrow you his...so strange ...imagination that you spent whole school year with this....

after some beer, slivovice and trying to explain to managers that its not problem to share room girls & boys finally some OC members - turkish came and we went to sleep to - to prepare ourselves for another day and Anatolia Congress
